At Biezepol Metalworking we have been working for many years with the latest CAD/CAM software. This enables us to programme difficult and complex geometries, whereby we can fully produce high-quality products in-house.
The CAD/CAM software makes it possible to manufacture our products in a very efficient manner. The design created can easily be converted with the CAD software into a work file for the production machine.
Strict procedures are always followed in the production of our products. As a result, the products manufactured are identical within the tolerances of the machine. Production operations are also often carried out at a much higher rate than when the machine is operated manually.

Biezepol Metalworking is a supplier of industrial products that are manufactured to the requirements of the buyers. Due to the close cooperation between Biezepol Metalworking and our subsidiary Rubber Design we can offer our customers a total product.
Our machinery includes a lathe with an integrated milling unit. Shafts up to a length of ten metres and a diameter of 300 mm can be processed on this machine. A 5-axis machining centre and a 5-axis turning/milling combination, in combination with our CAD/CAM system, ensure that Biezepol Metalworking can produce extremely complex products. A notable example of this is the complete transport lines for the chip industry.
